Chad Vincent
Owner/CEO
Chad began working at a young age and was passed down a love of carpentry from his father. Eventually taking over the family business, Chad has continuously grown his presence, expertise, and success in the field. For over 20 years, he has been one of the most trusted Design Build home remodelers in the Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Garden City areas. A U.S. Army parachute rigger veteran, Chad embodies what it means to be an exceptional leader, mentor, and business owner. Chad values integrity, craftsmanship, and staying ahead of the game to be the best in an ever-changing industry. Passionate about getting creative and building great relationships, Chad loves to see a home remodel project transform into something beautiful that his customers can appreciate for a lifetime. In his spare time, Chad enjoys being at his cabin with his family, camping, fishing, snowshoeing, and playing tennis.

Michael Collins
Production Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael oversees the build side of the Design+Build process at Renaissance. Devoted to exceptional end results, he balances everything behind the scenes to ensure that projects are run efficiently. Michael has strength in his ability to effectively communicate with production, design, subcontractors, and customers. He values top notch character and craftsmanship from his team and plays a key role in facilitating the success of Renaissance. Outside of work Michael loves outdoor sports and spending time with his family.
Tammie Coffey
Designer
From French Country to Urban Modern and every interior design style in between, Tammie brings passion, imagination, and expertise to all her remodel projects at Renaissance. Priding herself in coming up with ideas in unique and creative ways, she makes magic happen. Tammie excels at digging deep to find the genuine desires of her clients and helping their remodel visions flourish. With a B.A. in Marketing, an Associates in Business Management, a lengthy career with her own high-end design company, and a love for playing tennis, this firecracker can take on anything you serve.
Tonya Elizondo
Finance/HR Manager
Tonya began her career at a young age by taking advantage of training programs in high school and taught herself Spanish to become an interpreter. She has experience working in admin roles, human resources, bookkeeping, business development, and more. A mother, sister, grandmother, and the “favorite aunt” she jokes, Tonya knows how to connect with all personalities. She keeps things on track but also knows the importance of the little things. “A nice gesture or some laughter, that comradery in the workplace is huge.” Tonya enjoys DIY projects, traveling, hot springs, reading, and spending time with family.
Kevin Vincent
Draftsman
A crucial member of our team, Kevin is the Draftsman at Renaissance Remodeling. He is highly skilled at bringing 3D blueprint designs to life with Chief Architect, the program he uses to bring real-time, realistic views of remodeling projects to the team and customers. Combining his artistic and tech-savvy sides, Kevin has focused his career on design to build with a devotion to quality and idealism. On the weekends you can find Kevin mountain biking, camping, skiing, taking advanced program and technology seminars, and occasionally jumping out of planes.
Troy Stone
Design + Sales Coordinator
Troy has been in some form of construction since age 12. He was Lead Window Installer in New Mexico in the mid-80‘s and comes to us after many successful years at a local window dealer. Troy enjoys giving clients results better than they expected. He has grown into the feeling of love for improvements he can make to someone’s home instead of seeing the tasks as a job. He enjoys engaging with all of his colleagues in the office and out in the field. He is smart, witty and exudes a joy of life that brings a smile to everyone and often a few giggles. He enjoys spending time on his road and mountain bikes, golfing, cooking and embracing his faith.

Ella Baumer
Marketing Specialist
Ella is excited to begin her career at Renaissance Remodeling after graduating in the Spring 2024 class from Boise State University. She is on the marketing team and helps with administration. Before entering the remodeling industry, she planned student events and managed social media marketing for Boise State. Upon graduation, Ella was honored as a Graduating Student Leader and hopes to transfer those qualities into her new workplace. Outside of work, a few of Ella’s favorite activities include spending time with her friends, listening to music, reading, getting boba, and walking around Hyde Park.

Carlie Lundsten
Designer
Carlie joined us with a degree in Architecture and a Minor in Business Administration from Portland State University. Her vivacious energy and wit are part of her superpowers, she goes above and beyond in her dedication to exceptional work and attention to organization and detail. Carlie enjoys blending the technical and artistic aspects of design and remodeling together to achieve new spaces that are beautiful and functional. She provides the highest quality of customer service to every client. Outside of work, Carlie enjoys remodeling her own home with her husband, spending time with their adorable rescue dog, Bodhi, and loves most being a mom to their energetic toddler!
Kyra Knight
Design Assistant
Kyra graduated with an Interior Design degree from Northern Arizona University. Intelligent and kind, Kyra gracefully balances the many duties of her job and enjoys meeting with clients and being supportive in her role on our design team. She enjoys the variety of the day-to-day and the challenges the job can bring. Getting to see the project come to life from what once started as a 3D concept, and turned to a beautiful reality that the homeowners can live in and enjoy is very rewarding. Seeing the clients happy in their newly remodeled home makes her so joyful! Outside of work, Kyra spends quality time with her loved ones playing board games, hiking, and paddle boarding. She is family and relationship driven above all else and loves her church community.
Katie Wilde
Design Assistant
With a diverse background and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces, Katie brings a wealth of experience to our Design + Build team. In her role as Design Assistant, Katie handles various responsibilities helping the lead designer with the layout and finish selections for projects. She lives to marvel at the before and after transformations that are possible and can have such an effect on people’s lives. Her love for organization makes her the go-to person for maintaining an efficient office environment. With a degree in Landscape Architecture and valuable experience in residential landscape planning and design consultation, Katie brings a unique perspective to interior design. Her ability to listen to clients, provide fitting suggestions, and maintain a positive attitude ensures our clients‘ happiness and a seamless experience. Beyond work, Katie finds fulfillment in meditation, exploring nature, and undertaking her own whole home and landscaping remodeling project. We are delighted to have Katie as part of our team with her vibrant ideas and commitment to excellence to improve people’s homes and lives.

Jesse Dryden
Superintendent
Becoming an Idaho resident after moving here from the Bay Area in California, Jesse’s number one goal for every remodel project is to make customers happy. He ensures that projects run smoothly with his leadership, direction, and skill. His list of qualifications includes a 4-year apprenticeship program as well as certifications in welding, lead removal, asbestos removal, first aid, and CPR. An Oakland Athletics fan, Jesse loves to spend quality time playing baseball with his son as well as enjoying the great outdoors.
Brian Anderton
Superintendent
Brian has a kind, spunky, old-soul energy about him that will make you feel like you’ve known him for a long time. Brian has years of experience in carpentry and loves working with his hands to create something beautiful and useful. With a dedication to his craft and to our customers, he enjoys bringing designs into reality and seeing the hard work pay off when something that was once just a dream for a client is now a part of their home. Outside of work Brian loves to read, write, play music, and be outdoors.

Jeremy Haskell
Carpenter
For Jeremy, woodworking has been a long-time hobby and something he’s always enjoyed, but before making a career out of his skills in carpentry he earned his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Jeremy enjoys being hands on and creating a five-star experience, whether it’s crafting a beautiful home or an incredible dish. He loves learning, evolving, and seeking to be the best version of himself in work and life. “Continuously gaining knowledge and skills benefits our clients and myself. The more well-rounded I am the more flexible I can be and help wherever it’s needed”. Outside of work, Jeremy likes camping, skiing, and mountain biking.
Corey Fox
Carpenter
Corey is a fourth-generation carpenter with a passion for fine craftsmanship and creating beautiful spaces. Specializing in finish carpentry and fine woodworking, he takes pride in the details that bring a project to life. His meticulous approach, creativity, and commitment to high-quality work make him a valuable part of the Renaissance team. Originally from North Carolina, Corey has honed his skills across the country, working on various unique custom homes remodels. He thrives on the challenge of learning new techniques and refining his craft. When he’s not wearing a tool belt, you’ll find him exploring the mountains, adventure motorcycle riding, or hiking with his family.
