Chad began working at a young age and was passed down a love of carpentry from his father. Eventually taking over the family business, Chad has continuously grown his presence, expertise, and success in the field. For over 20 years, he has been one of the most trusted Design Build home remodelers in the Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Garden City areas.
A U.S. Army parachute rigger veteran, Chad embodies what it means to be an exceptional leader, mentor, and business owner. Chad values integrity, craftsmanship, and staying ahead of the game to be the best in an ever-changing industry.
Passionate about getting creative and building great relationships, Chad loves to see a home remodel project transform into something beautiful that his customers can appreciate for a lifetime.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys being at his cabin with his family, camping, fishing, snowshoeing, and playing tennis.
With over 30 years of construction experience, Michael oversees the build side of Renaissance’s Design+Build process.
He ensures projects run efficiently through effective communication with all teams while maintaining top-notch craftsmanship standards.
Outside of work, Michael loves outdoor sports and spending time with his family.
From French Country to Urban Modern, Tammie brings passion and expertise to all her Renaissance projects.
She excels at unique, creative ideas and finding her clients’ genuine desires to help their visions flourish. With marketing and business management education plus high-end design experience, this firecracker can take on anything. When not designing, Tammie loves playing tennis.
Tonya gained experience in admin, HR, bookkeeping, and business development while learning Spanish to become an interpreter.
A mother, grandmother, and “favorite aunt,” she connects with all personalities while keeping things on track and values workplace camaraderie.
Tonya enjoys DIY projects, traveling, hot springs, reading, and spending time with family.
Kevin brings 3D blueprint designs to life using Chief Architect, creating realistic views of remodeling projects for teams and customers.
Combining artistic and tech-savvy skills, he’s devoted his career to design-build with quality focus.
On weekends, Kevin enjoys mountain biking, camping, skiing, technology seminars, and occasionally jumping out of planes.
Troy has been in construction since age 12, from Lead Window Installer to successful years at a local window dealer.
He loves exceeding client expectations and has grown to love making home improvements rather than seeing them as work.
Smart, witty, and joyful, Troy enjoys road biking, mountain biking, golfing, cooking, and embracing his faith.
Ella is excited to begin her career at Renaissance Remodeling after graduating in the Spring 2024 class from Boise State University. She is on the marketing team and helps with administration. Before entering the remodeling industry, she planned student events and managed social media marketing for Boise State. Upon graduation, Ella was honored as a Graduating Student Leader and hopes to transfer those qualities into her new workplace. Outside of work, a few of Ella’s favorite activities include spending time with her friends, listening to music, reading, getting boba, and walking around Hyde Park.
Carlie joined Renaissance with an Architecture degree and Business Administration minor from Portland State University.
Her vivacious energy combines with exceptional dedication to detail while creating beautiful, functional spaces.
Outside of work, Carlie enjoys remodeling her own home with her husband, spending time with their rescue dog Bodhi, and being a mom.
Kyra graduated with an Interior Design degree from Northern Arizona University and gracefully balances her job duties while supporting the design team.
She loves seeing projects transform from 3D concepts to beautiful realities that bring clients joy.
Outside of work, Kyra spends time with loved ones playing board games, hiking, and paddle boarding.
With a Landscape Architecture degree and diverse background, Katie brings unique experience to our Design + Build team as Design Assistant, helping with layouts and finish selections.
She marvels at before-and-after transformations and their life-changing effects on people’s lives while maintaining an efficient office environment. Beyond work, Katie enjoys meditation, exploring nature, and her own remodeling projects.
Jess’s passion for home remodeling and design began as a teen, salvaging building materials with her parents. This, along with her love of nature and symmetry, led her to pursue a degree in interior design + drafting. She is excited to join Renaissance after spending the last 10 years doing cabinet design. Her mantra is “Be stubborn about your goals, but flexible about your methods. Outside work, Jess enjoys time with family, gardening, painting, reading, and the outdoors.
Moving to Idaho from the Bay Area, Jesse’s number one goal is making customers happy on every remodel project.
He ensures smooth operations with leadership and skill, backed by a 4-year apprenticeship and certifications in welding, lead removal, asbestos removal, first aid, and CPR.
An Oakland Athletics fan, Jesse loves playing baseball with his son and enjoying the great outdoors.
Brian has a kind, spunky, old-soul energy that makes you feel like you’ve known him forever.
With years of carpentry experience, he loves working with his hands to create beautiful, useful spaces. He enjoys bringing designs to reality and seeing dreams become part of clients’ homes.
Outside of work, Brian loves to read, write, play music, and spend time outdoors.
Jeremy turned his long-time woodworking hobby into a career after earning an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.
He enjoys being hands-on and creating five-star experiences, whether crafting beautiful homes or incredible dishes. He loves learning and evolving to be the best version of himself.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys camping, skiing, and mountain biking.
Corey is a fourth-generation carpenter with passion for fine craftsmanship and creating beautiful spaces.
Specializing in finish carpentry and woodworking, he takes pride in details that bring projects to life. Originally from North Carolina, he’s honed skills across the country on unique custom home remodels.
When not working, you’ll find him exploring mountains, adventure motorcycle riding, or hiking with family.
