Full Overhaul on an Early 2000s Home

The customer requested a complete overhaul of their house built in the early 2000s. There was a lot of brown and early 2000s decor in this house, and the owner wanted to update it so that it was more modern and reflected their taste. They needed extra storage space and wanted to modernize the kitchen’s design, so we removed the clunky 2-tiered island. We widened the kitchen, added more space and storage throughout, and repainted the entire home, both inside and outside. Their beautiful new house is perfect for their family’s lifestyle, having plenty of natural light flowing through their spaces.




Basement Revamp

This repeat client contacted us because they wanted us to transform their unfinished basement into a comfortable living area while still keeping up with the style of their historic 1940s home. With this project, we wanted to help the client elevate the basement space from a spooky cellar into a cozy and inviting living space that matched the home’s functional vintage vibe. Their main requests include a bedroom, bathroom, small living area, and a space for laundry, while their custom wish list items included a free-standing bathtub and a fireplace. We’re proud to say that we delivered on all these requests down to every last detail, with the creative incorporation of a charming detached fireplace for a rustic appeal.
